Call them. After 90 days of the receiving your paperwork, if they have not send you any notice you can call them. That's what a USCIS customer service rep. told me. So go on and call them they will have to tell you something within a few days. GOOD LUCK!

I wouldn't bother calling to be honest. The application process takes about 4 to 6 months. Just because others have received theirs early, does not mean you will too. You can call, but the representative that answers might not know what to do about the situation since they can only supply you with quick and easy information. The people who you call are not experts. They just look information online, if it fits into category of "Schedule appointment to look into the issue" they will, and you can also do it yourself by going to uscis.com and singing up for e-request. Don't worry if you think your application will be denied, myself and many others are also, impatiently, waiting for an answer.

Like Fabio said, calling in won't do much help. The Customer Service Representative will just search your Receipt Number on the USCIS website and will read word by word what it says, then they will tell you that the expected processing time is 4-6 months.

Filing a Service Request after 90 days won't work either since the 90 day processing time for the I-765 application doesn't start until your I-821D is approved, several people have already tried it and they all got the same response, to wait.

There is nothing else we can do besides wait for a decision. I still see August applicants getting approved each day and there are many others still waiting, so us September applicants aren't forgotten.

Example:

The status of this service request is:

You have filed Form I-821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals and Form I-765 c33 Application for Employment Authorization, which is based on the final adjudication of your I-821D.

We have received your request stating that your I-765 application is approaching regulatory time frame.

The Service cannot make a final decision on your I-765c33 until after a final decision has been made on your I-821D.

The processing time for your I-765 will begin when a final decision is made on your I-821D Form.

Unfortunately, agency guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of Forms I-821D.

Therefore, your forms will be processed in the order in which they were received. You should hear something from the Vermont Service Center within 60 days of this notice.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

Many people are right...

I have been waiting since Sep 13th, the day of my bios.

I have called a couple of times, and even reached the next level of customer service.

I was told that everything was in order, and that I just needed to wait.

Also, I mentioned that I couldn't check my status online and they told me that I would not be able do it.

Bottom line: all we can do is wait.

I was being told that you should start counting days since bio appointment. thats when it begins.they said waiting time is between 4-6 months since many are applying and it also depends on your center. my is Nebraska and it is the slowest. Where is your center?. I applied at the same time you did and my bio was sceduLED FOR 10/12/2012. I am still waiting for respone plus there has been holiday season and elections so they prolly did not approve whole lote before election. dont worry all of us will be fine as thedy are approving majority of cases.
