God_why_m3 19 Posted December 13, 2012 Yeah, so I sent my application to Vermont Sept 14. da lst time it was updated was Sep 18 and my bio was oct 4..ne one in my timeline still waiting??? Can u please tell me why Vermont taking for ever!?? Its Dec 12 and my thing styll on intital review!! When do ya'll think I should call coz, Dec 14 gnna b 3 months since I sent in my application!! Because mine is taking firever too According to this page from USCIS, If you live in new jersey you were suppose to send your application to Chicago lock box then they would forward your application to Vermont. But, you can check the first two I-797C(Notice of action) letter your received from USCIS.
