Your visa type, being that u have been approved, would be a work visa. N the date in which it expires. Which is 2 years from now. If u don't have a ssn, then after approval, u will be able to get one. Wonder what would happen if you put citizen.... Hope it was helpful. Correct me if iam wrong. All the best!
