Cinthya 14 Posted December 14, 2012 Don't you guys hate seeing a U.S citizen out in the streets, or being gangsters. Not appreciating their legal status to become someone greatful in this great country. Or even worst seeing our own dreamers out in the street being gangsters, like really we are here to become someone our families will be proud of. Not causing problems to our coummunity. Although, some "peolpe" in this country will never admit this country is this powerful thanks to us immigrats. We shouldn't leave that image from our community. In addition, I have to admit MOST of us are doing great things with our lives in this country. As a dreamer, I have to tell you I feel proud to be part of the "DREAM ACT COMMUNITY" I don't have the privilage to know anyone in this forum personally, but when I read someone of your story's, and I see all the hard things each and everyone one of you been through makes me get so mad at people that throw away their lives in the streets. Like I said I proud to be part of this dream act community, and I also feel proud of ALL OF YOU that put our name high with the great things you are doing in this country. I just wanted to let you guys there are people out there who appreciate your hard work just like my family feels proud of me I feel proud of all you doing great things. 6 Gezinha, zobo411, analee02 and 3 others reacted to this

ruthie_sue08 31 Posted February 27, 2013 I have friends who rather sit at home & do nothing & they are citizens! If i had the opportunities they had i would be going to a university to get a career! It infuriates me that the government doesn't see that all we want is a chance to show them how great we can be with just a little help from them! 3 analee02, engineer2mike and skootA reacted to this
engineer2mike 36 Posted February 28, 2013 Your right Cynthia! We share the same anger towards those unproductive U.S Citizens because they have it easy from our point of view. I bet if they were in our shoes they would have felt the same way. This is the exact same anger republican feel with unproductive citizen( which in their eyes are illegal immigrant). When the 8 Senators come up with the immigration Reform for us, the government should also reform the social services in order for the U.S Citizens stop ripping them off with welfare, food stamps, disability & social security scams. We will find jobs with better pay thanks to our hard work, and it wouldn't be fair for us that the legal immigrants & U.S Citizens continue stay latched on to the government because we will be paying more taxes( which personally I don't mind). We will no longer be in need of those services as much because we are investors not consumers because we will be more cautious with are well honest earned money. 1 Gezinha reacted to this
CinDan08 6 Posted March 24, 2013 Oh yes! It's frustrating to see US Citizens who don't appreciate what the have. I have 2 cousins of my same age, they're U.S. Citizens; well they're not going to college "because it's not for them, they don't like school" OMG! and then Im here, paying tuition out of my parents' pocket, just to get a degree! AUGH! Also my sister in law, she's 18, going to college and "has been looking for a job since A YEAR AGO" and she just "can't find one" Please! How can you prefer having no-money to at least buy food at school, than getting a job? How hard is it? I see friends finding a job within a week or two! But, you know why she can't find any? Because she looks for one asking God not to find it! lol Oh, but about 3 days ago she got a grant of $ 2,500- 3,000! just because she has that 9-digit number
