YourFriend_Gzuz 8 Posted December 15, 2012 People told me that I would be able to see my case after Biometrics. I had that done on December 3rd. And my case does not come up at all. It says your case cannot be found. I've tried this so many times. I used both case numbers also and nothing:/ Has anyone one else had this problem too? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day I had my Bios in September and I am not able to check my status whatsoever. I called USCIS, and the CSR on the next level of service told me, very bluntly, that I would not be able to check my status online. Give it sometime. If you can check it later on, good for you.
