I'm from cali btw and turning 18 in a couple days, and i already have a car just been driving it illegally but need to get a license just incase i get pulled over. arcane 30 Posted December 28, 2012 Yes, you can obtain a drivers license with EAD and social security number (you need to apply first for a social security number). No, you cannot travel to foreign countries if you are DACA approved (however, you can apply for advance parole, but you need to consult with a lawyer).
