x0_michy 8 Posted December 31, 2012 So I received a text today notifying me that my case status is "Decision" and that my "1821D Consideration of Deferred Action was approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail" But I'm confused... because my brother got a text around November saying his status was on "Post Decision Activity" and that they were mailing him his EAD Card. Obviously mine differs from him.. I'm confused on what it means. Does this mean that maybe they will be requesting more evidence ... ? Has anyone got this?
