That's not possible. The fake ssn is just that, its fake, there's no data associated with it.

From personal experience, my credit union found my credit base on address,name and dob.

So hopefully the name u used is your real name.

For transferring you simply need to rescind your ITIN only. There is nothing to worry about. Follow instructions on this link
