roadrunner11 167 Posted January 4, 2013 Jasmine I don't think we have had anyone post about being denied on this forum. Most of the applications that are taking a while seem to be getting RFEs and such. Things like common names, amount of evidence, the service center and the agent working on your case affect the time for decision making. Hopefully you hear back soon! jcarlos08 9 Posted January 4, 2013 Haven't heard of anyone get denied, but Im in the same page as you I took my biometrics (finger prints) on October 17, 2012. Still on initial review its a matter of patience if you don't have any criminal records, then you don't have anything to worry about. Stay positive Im sure our applications will be approve soon. pswa83 302 Posted January 4, 2013 i dont think on this forum, there has been someone that has been denied. i know there are a few people who had the applications sent back to them because they forgot to sign the application. and there have been people who have gotten RFEs. if it has been that long since your bios, then it has only been 47 working days. just have to have patience and good thoughts. know it's hard because its such a tough thing to be patient about but try to keep busy and keep your mind on other things. Danii 5 Posted February 27, 2013 I went to my fingerprints October 25th 2012 ... Haven't heard anything from them ... I have a misdemeanor for shoplifting I went to court and stuff and that was like 2 years ago my record just got sealed ..
