Are My Parents The Only Ones?

Recommended Posts

My mom told me a few times the same thing find someone whio.is "legal" i know she said it because she wants whats best for me. Also because i sometimes complain about not beign able to do anything because of my status.

But at the end of the day she knows i dont.care about legal status i just want to be happy.

Too bad my ex didnt think the same way :/ ...he decided to find a "easy" way to be legal. Understandable. But choosing "status" over TRUE LOVE, its stupid.

Now he is just a painful/good memory. My first love.

I personally never took that seriously, my parents always mentioned that, and when the time came, that I started dating my boyfriend back in 2008, ovbiously I never asked him if he had ssn or something like that, things got serious & after a couple of months we became aware that neither one of us had ssn. Things didnt end for us, because we had fallen in love and we kept dating, and even got married. I know we came here to do the best we can, but who said you'll have a better life marrying someone with ssn. He might not have a ssn, but he has a degree (CIS) unlike many of our friends who do have ssn but didnt even finish hs!
