pswa83 302 Posted January 10, 2013 only business days count. monday thru friday. it has only been 44 business days since your bio appt. USCIS has given an estimate of 4 to 6 months for a decision on the I-821D. from there USCIS has 90 days to make a decision about the I-765 (work permit) sadly, the only thing to do after the bios is wait. unless you receive an RFE.
