pswa83 302 Posted January 10, 2013 i dont think it will affect anything. i mean there are still DACA applicants from August still waiting for approval. the new immigration rule cant be blamed for that. i think that of USCIS is the one that stated this, it is their way of excusing the long wait and backlogs they are creating themselves. If they would have hired more employees like they said they were going to to help with DACA then the new immigration rule is would have no impact on anything. TheGame1990 17 Posted January 10, 2013 Well they did say the waiting period would be 4 - 6 months so if their is people waiting from august five months from now is Jan.
