Aled 118 Posted August 14, 2012 Hello Nuvi, So as pasw83 explained, yes entering the U.S without inspection simply means that you entered the U.S illegally without getting caught. Obviously this you do not have to prove, after all how can you prove that you entered the U.S supposing you crossed the border. You're not going to have a receipt from the Coyote that says the date which you crossed. What you need to prove if you entered without a visa, is that you came into the U.S before the age of 16. That you must already know. Easy way to prove that is through medical records, immunization records or school records. If you entered the U.S with a visa you may show them a copy of your I-94 card or entry stamp. A lot of people are asking if the passport is required, I guess it is if you have it, to prove this exact question. Will it be okay to renew my passport after I file though? IT SAYS SEND PROOF OF WORK DURING THAT PERIOD BUT IT ALSO SAYS DONT SEND DOCUMENTS WITH FALSE INFORMATION AND WELL MY W4 OBVIOUSLY HAVE A FALSE S.S NUMBER ON THEM..SO WHAT DO I DO ?
