Okay, so I was about to go to sleep right and this popped in my head. So, i decided to ask the question, here it is! You get approved for deferred action, u get EAD card ssn and wat not. Now, what if you ever won the lottery could you se the ssn to claim it?!?! LOL thoughts and answers please!! :):P

I tought about the same thing too nd Idk about being able to claim Cus when it involves large amount of money they usually ask in back of lotto ticket must be us citizen , or idk if you ever heard of commercial contest on TV, they say must be us citizen to apply nd unfortunately deferred action is not a citizenship or residency.

Lol that's a good question.

Maybe it depends on the state, in which one resides.

However, I asked my mother and she said as long you have a government issued id and some may require SSN.

In Texas this went to the house and the undocumented individual won the case haha.

I was also wondering this, and im thinking on going to Vegas this summer since i already got approved, and well im planing on wining lots of money lol, but yea i read that you can win the lotto even if you are a non citizen, but the taxes applied to you are higher depending on your state of residency, but who cares really you win 100 mill who cares if they take half i still got 50 more to kill lol
