020490 0 Posted August 13, 2012 Ive been in the us since I was 5yrs old, do I need to prove my presence since then or does it ONLY consist of the past 5yrs? cookie 1 Posted August 14, 2012 I have a question on the I-765 worksheet, can someone help me? We are trying to apply for my nephew who is 16 and a junior in high school. His parents are here illegally as well, should I just place all $0 and explain his circumstance. Also his parents work odd jobs and do not file taxes.
