New York State Proposes Dream Act

I don't know if this has been introduced before but I saw it this morning. Of course people are still going to oppose it but I hope the majority will decide it's a good idea.

I probably won't qualify from it since my mom decided to move me to Florida for my last 3 years of high school (knowing we were all going to move back anyway) but I still hope it gets approved!
