It seems like case reviews that got approved has decreased significantly Actually, the January data is only from Jan 1 - Jan 17 . Lets all hope, it was because of holidays. Gino10 30 Posted January 18, 2013 it appears that the approval numbers are catching up the rate of applications received during the months November and December. However, they still need to speed up the approval rate. There is still a significant number of applications received from the month of September and October that has not yet been approved. Seems like USCIS only approved about 1% of total applicants received on the month of September and about 20% of all the applicants from the month of October.
