Xerok 1 Posted January 24, 2013 Ok so i started my process like this: Sent my application: 09/10/12 I recieved a notice by (text) that they recievd it in: 09/16/12 Next week i recieved my Biometrics appoinment in this day (09/22/12) which were set up to be made in 10/25/12 I walked that day to get my biometrics, everything went good. ::::: IT's Being 90 Days After (((BIOMETRICS))) and no answers??::::: Help me please? There are people who applied in August and have still not heard a decision on their case. Im getting frustrated? ANSWER ME ASAP PLX....! You have only been waiting 62 days, the counting begins after your biometrics and weekends/holidays do not count. The work permit 90+ days only count after your DACA has been approved, in the mean time those 90 days aren't valid. At least not for your case. All you can do is wait, just be patient. Gezinha 121 Posted January 24, 2013 I know, it is awful, some people get approved so quickly, but again, if like me, you are in the Vermont center, forget it, it will probably take over 90 days. It has been over 90 days for me as well. Some people have waited 150 days. Just hang in there. Read what I just posted above you. You have only been waiting 47 days, not 90 days. '(V.V)' Good thing is that our papers are there somewhere in the office close to getting a approval stamp lol I have a feeling will hear from them soon, people who applied on August have been receiving approvals this month.
