What should I include along with the Applications?

1. Information showing that you entered the US when you were 16 Years Old.

2. Information showing you've been in the US for 5 continues years. (From 2007 - Present)

3. 2 identical color passport-photos-like 2" by 2" with a white background, Head height should measure 1" to 1 2/8 from top to bottom chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8" to 1 3/8" from bottom of photo.

All the applications can be downloaded and filled right on your computer, then printed out. But you cannot send them online, it has to be through regular old fashion mail.

Brandon if you add 380+85 it equals to 465.

Go to a store and get a single money order for the total of $465.

You can send it to either address, the US Postal Service is the normal way to send it, you can also use the Express Mail which arrives faster.

Such information can be found on i-765instr. It is the instructions for the I-675 on page 6 section C.

It lists all types of documents you can submit for the different requirements.

Passport

Birth Certificate with Photo id

National identity document from your country bearing your photo and/or fingerprint

US government immigration document bearing name/photograph (EADs, expired visas,DL, non DL card,etc)

School issued form of id

Military id with photo

Any other document you believe is relevant

YOU DONT HAVE TO PRESENT ALL OF THESE, BUT THE MORE YOU DO THE BETTER

While we are at it, the form of identification has to have a recent photo to be accepted or they will simply tell you "How do we know this is really you".

So while you can send photocopies of your old identification, you will need something up to date to take with you for the biometrics appointment.

While filling i765 question 15 - i'm supposed to put "Unlawful Status: Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals by ICE" but only "Unlawful Status: Deferred Action for Child" fits ... how did you guys go around this?
