Anyways I've been reading up on the processing time when filing I765 and 821D on a few forums but I'm still somewhat puzzled. Is the processing time for the 821D 4-6months!? JoseG 383 Posted January 30, 2013 That is correct. The estimated processing time for the I-821D application is 4-6 months. Usually USCIS approves both the I-821D and I-765 the same day, but if they don't, USCIS has 90 days to approve the I-765, since that is the processing time for the I-765 application and we aren't eligible for the I-765 until our I-821D is approved.
