jd_208 19 Posted January 31, 2013 I thought someone said that the case statuses arent being updated very often, and that you could be approved and receive the letters before the uscis updates their system. pswa83 302 Posted January 31, 2013 no. once your case has been updated, either with an approval or and RFE, your case will be updated. there have been computer errors that have happened but for the most part once USCIS updates your case, it will show online.
