I got no notice at all after that, except I kept checking online of course, and they initiated my review on 12//12. I'm scared I might get an RFE because after I grad. high school I moved to Texas to live with my girlfriend, who I lived with for 5 years. Everything was under her name for obvious reasons! jd_208 19 Posted February 4, 2013 same here, when i called the uscis some black lady ansewered me. so i told her that when i got my biometrics taken the same day as one of my friends, and that the information was pretty much identical because we graduated from the same high school we are from the same country. as a matter of fact he got more tickets than i do. and she just said well it dont matter we are working as fast as we can and all you can do is wait till march, ohhh really and whos gonna pay my bills? 1 Fresita22 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Its funny to see some people who applied way after me or some others here are demanded they approval ASAP....
