zombiephanatic 0 Posted August 15, 2012 The only document that i have in my posession that shows/proves that i was present here in the United States on that June 15, 2012 is my PayStubs for that week. Only problem is that; though its under my name its under a fake social. Is it a good idea to use it as evidence? because on the application itself, says to list all Social Security Number(s) you have ever used. does that include the fake ones? thanks alot in advance for any or all information given! 020490 0 Posted August 15, 2012 I have a Medicaid letter from June 14, would that be good enough?
itzel 336 Posted August 15, 2012 A good document to prove that you were in the US on june 15 2012 is also a utility bill and yes medicaid should be an acceptable document, just make a note at the bottom explaining why youre sending it in...
Rawf 336 Posted August 15, 2012 I'm also sending a bank statement showing a transaction I initiated on June 14th, 2012 as I didn't buy anything on June 15th , a bank statement shows transactions on the 14th and 16th. That should be more than enough. But an Attorney will be doing all the paperwork for me soon.
klaudiaklau 3 Posted August 18, 2012 I only have a couple of calls made on June 16 each one with less than a minute, would that be enough proof?
Rawf 336 Posted August 18, 2012 The bill itself should be fine, you might include a copy of your call history and as Itzel said, make sure to write somewhere in the copy why you are including it.
