Momo13 17 Posted February 7, 2013 So today I got a RFE and honestly I don't know what other things I can send! I sent, Hospital records when I was younger ALL elementary, middle, and high school records. (including my High school diploma) All awards I got during school Passport, consular ID card, My old passport birth certificate Religious documents of my first communion my I-94 That was all my life paperwork from the moment I stepped into the US till I graduated high school. After I graduated my parents couldn't afford to pay for my college and I was not able to continue my schooling, nor get a legal job. So I choose to move to TX were I moved in with my girlfriend. Who I lived with for 5 years. During that time everything we got was put under her name. Due to this I have very few if at all evidence between 07 up until now I don't know what to send in because I already sent in with the first package everything I had after 07 up till now. What do you guys think I should do? They are also asking for something ON JUNE 15Th which I don't have. please help !!!
Raul 14 Posted February 7, 2013 How about dated mail under your name, catalogs. Did you buy anything from a store and they took your name and address? You can get statements from them. How about letters from employers, anything with your name, date and address would work. 1 sanchez05 reacted to this

Gezinha 121 Posted February 7, 2013 Can you go to the local bank and ask them for a letter? That is what I did, one of the managers wrote a letter saying I had been a customer there for 7 years, and also, bank statements.
Rawf 336 Posted February 7, 2013 So you didn't send the most important documents. You need proof from 2007 to 2012 with no gaps if possible. And June 15th is a must. The responses above are giving you very good choices. Hope you find the proof they request.
splif0clock 89 Posted February 7, 2013 Don't forget, you also have the option to send in 2 affidavits. Specially, if you can't find anything for June 15 2012
Momo13 17 Posted February 7, 2013 I don't have a bank account :/ I've relayed on my parents for just about everything. What can I get the affidavits of?
splif0clock 89 Posted February 7, 2013 An affidavit is a sworn written statement from anyone that knows you, which is supposed to be signed by the person/persons and notarized. But, from my understand is that affidavits by it self might not be sufficient enough. These are some quotes I picked up related to affidavits. In cases where primary evidence was unavailable, in these related types of applications, individuals have been able to rely on testimony or affidavits attesting to physical presence, and letters from employers or attestations from churches, unions or other organizations to show continuous residence. As discussed further below, however, USCIS has stated that affidavits will generally not be sufficient on their own to establish eligibility for DACA Link to quote The bottom one is directly from dhs. Link Q1: May I file affidavits as proof that I meet the guidelines for consideration of deferred action for childhood arrivals? A1: Affidavits generally will not be sufficient on their own to demonstrate that you meet the guidelines for USCIS to consider you for deferred action for childhood arrivals. However, affidavits may be used to support meeting the following guidelines only if the documentary evidence available to you is insufficient or lacking: A gap in the documentation demonstrating that you meet the five year continuous residence requirement; and A shortcoming in documentation with respect to the brief, casual and innocent departures during the five years of required continuous presence. If you submit affidavits related to the above criteria, you must submit two or more affidavits, sworn to or affirmed by people other than yourself, who have direct personal knowledge of the events and circumstances. Should USCIS determine that the affidavits are insufficient to overcome the unavailability or the lack of documentary evidence with respect to either of these guidelines, it will issue a Request for Evidence, indicating that further evidence must be submitted to demonstrate that you meet these guidelines. USCIS will not accept affidavits as proof of satisfying the following guidelines: You are currently in school, have graduated or obtained a certificate of completion from high school, have obtained a general education development certificate, or are an honorably discharged veteran from the Coast Guard or Armed Forces of the United States; You were physically present in the United States on June 15, 2012; You came to the United States before reaching your 16th birthday; You were under the age of 31 on June 15, 2012; and Your criminal history, if applicable. If the only evidence you submit to demonstrate you meet any of the above guidelines is an affidavit, USCIS will issue a Request for Evidence, indicating that you have not demonstrated that you meet these guidelines and that you must do so in order to demonstrate that you meet that guideline. I hope this helps and good luck.

Momo13 17 Posted February 8, 2013 Update on my evidence! after I had some time to calm down and think clearly, I went online and found a forum that is for RFE's only and people where saying what they sent in as extra evidence. So I got copies of ALL my playstation network transactions they are all dated. Also, I'm going to get affidavits for the gaps between periods of time that I lack evidence. On top of all of that I went back on my facebook and took screen shots of places I had checked in on and conversations I had with people on specific dates. ON top of that i'm also sending in Screen shots of emails dated. And if my ex girlfriend chooses to be a nice person (not holding my breath) I have asked her to get an affidavit stating that I lived with her for 5 years consecutively and for her to send me some of the bills that were under her name but that I claimed on my application as my address and I also have personal letters that are post marked to me. What do you guys think? 1 Dariela reacted to this
Osha 126 Posted February 8, 2013 @ Momo13 This is the opportunity were you give 'em hell! Send them everything that you can think of and I mean EVERYTHING! From Facebook check-ins to every single receipt with your name and date on it, just over burden them with tons of documents. Hell, send them copies of your emails as well if you want, just think of everything that has your name or all of the other names that you've used on it. Its kind of ridiculous that they want us to come up with all these evidence knowing damn well that we've been here with no papers, leading us to live very low-profile lives with little to no traces of evidence, its like asking a homeless person for his bank-statements. But at least we've been given a chance, might-as-well take advantage of it. 5 Momo13, Dariela, Peedur and 2 others reacted to this

JoseG 383 Posted February 21, 2013 Sorry but what Is a PSN account? And I didn't know you needed evidence of every month?! Playstation Network. It's not absolutely necessary to send something each month, it might just depend on how strong the evidence you sent in was. If it's not very good evidence, they will request more. So I can understand why they are asking me for those years.
