If you filled out every required document and have provided necessary evidence then you have nothing to worry about. Just kick back, keep yourself occupied and eventually you'll get that text/e-mail that says "you've been approved" when you least expect it. Remembe; many of us have been in the shadows for decades, waiting a couple of months is nothing new to us. Patience is the key. Josh2525 1 Posted February 7, 2013 Pretty much what OSHA said is the "usual" or what everyone knows or will respond. Unfortunately 821D petitions aren't included in the processing times in the uscis website because they have a whole mess going on now in their offices with new and old petitions and even those who sent a request. Has Anybody sent their petition on or after October to the california service center and still waiting?? They should really enforce the 3month period for deferred action as well so u know where you are standing at.
