Travelling Out Of The States

Recommended Posts

no. you must apply for and be granted Advanced Parole first. you must have a reason to leave such as educational purpose, serious family illness, humanitarian reasons.

you will also need to provide paperwork for the reason in which you want to leave when you submit your application for Advanced Parole.

You need to file a separate application with USCIS if you want to travel outside of the United States. It's called Advance Parole. http://www.uscis.gov...00045f3d6a1RCRD

There are only 3 reasons for which you may be granted Advance Parole. They are; Educational, Humanitarian, or Employment purposes.

Even if you are granted Advance Parole, there are dangers in using it. If you have accrued Unlawful Presence (like the majority of Dreamers), Border Patrol can deny you entry back into the U.S.

The only people who would be able to travel without problems would be minors under the age of 18, since you don't start to accrue Unlawful Presence until after your 18th Birthday.
