Lebam 3 Posted February 16, 2013 Those who entered with a visa what did you put down on your application in the "Current Immigration Status" tab on the i-765 application? I have a friend who entered the country with a visa for visiting pleasure only and he is wondering what he should put down since his visa expired and he overstayed the time period he was allowed for visiting Your help is greatly appreciated Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
