paola 0 Posted August 16, 2012 im, a dreamer that its so happy,about the dream act,but i have a big concern,my lawyer told me i need to seal my juvenille record,before sending any application to imigration,people told me i could get deported,im so afraid,i need to know if imigration will take seal juvenille records,or is to risky for me ...please i need good advice. KokyAmador 3 Posted August 16, 2012 I was told the same by my lawyer.. if you have a misdemeanor, you have to go to court and ask them for a " court disposition" which it tells you what was your veredict and what was your sentence.. so ask for it.. if you have just 1 misdemeanor is not a big deal since it says you cant have more than 3.. hope it helps!
