Godisgood 2 Posted February 17, 2013 Did you guys know what many o you could go to college without havig papers and not paying out of state tuition? Well it's possible, there is a program called AB 540, look it up. I got to go to a junior college and then transferred to a university where I got a BS degree. At the university I did not get any financial aid but at the junior college I did cus if my grades.
