Perla 6 Posted February 24, 2013 Just a quick update, this is what it shows as his status: On February 21, 2013, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please bla bla bla... And there is no blue dot, so yeah...60 days? Hopefully is sooner than that b/c there are some people that got approved a week after they received the evidence so I'm hoping for next week for him!! On the other hand I called the attorney and they told me they will send the evidence by weds.!!! It makes me upset because I paid $30 on thursday so they will receive it next day since I live in indy and the attorney is in Chicago!! So I have no idea when USCIS will receive my evidence

Perla 6 Posted March 2, 2013 He got approved today, be patient, yours is coming soon Perla!! Yaay!!! I knew it I have a sucky attorney they havent sent my evidence because after a week later they "notice" that they also need a statement from me of what happened that day and also an affidavit!!! Im sooo frustrated with them right now because I was expecting for USCIS to have already received my evidence by now only god knows when that will happen!!! Perla 6 Posted March 27, 2013 I thought a police officer cant give you a ticket if he didn't actually pull u over or wasn't present for anything accident ect. With the simple fact that I was driving without a driver license allowed him to give me a ticket since to their eyes I'm committing a felony
gperez562 4 Posted March 27, 2013 With the simple fact that I was driving without a driver license allowed him to give me a ticket since to their eyes I'm committing a felony that doesn't matter he cannot give you a ticket cuz he didn't pull u over or wasn't there. I Experienced that already. A cop told me him self That he could not issue a ticket since he wasn't there and that was the law so idk if its different from where you are.
