j_cora95 0 Posted February 20, 2013 Okay so ive been looking for scholarships to apply to and I found some that are for Hispanic/ latinos but most of those require you to be a US citizen or permanent resident.... ... After we go through the whole Dream Act process and we're approved and get our work permit, etc, what we have is "conditional permanent residency" right? But so does that mean I am eligible for those scholarships??? Anyone? Cuz I have no clue whatsoever.
