JoseG 383 Posted February 22, 2013 The Dream Act hasn't passed nor has it been introduced. What we are currently applying for is DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) Unfortunately, under DACA, the cut off age is 30 years old. Anyone 31 years or older can not apply for DACA. Your best bet would be to wait a couple more months to see what Comprehensive Immigration Reform has to offer.
