Yes that was the thing :/ it was my fault. & indeed he did, 153$ he could of gave me two (one for not yielding him the right of way) but he just gave me the ticket for driving alone with a permit.

Did he initially stop you for not yielding him the right of way though? I didn't know about that.

Yes. that was the reason why he stopped me... He had a reason to. I'm mad at myself for such a stupid error, but it happened.

Oh well, at least it wasn't for speeding or reckless driving.

Do you know if the ticket will affect you when you try to get the License?

I asked him that, he said he doesn't think so. Just as long as I pay the ticket, I might have to take a drivers course to get those points off. I'll see Monday though !
