I know for sure the wait wont be longer than 60 days because they stated that on the letter!! sooooo anxious!!!!!!! Running around like spongebob squarePants saying "IM READY!" "IM READY!" IM READY!" pswa83 302 Posted February 25, 2013 i think it would depend on what type of evidence you had to send them. if it was something small then it probably wont take long. but if it's a lot of evidence (like gaps of months or such) then it could take longer. JoseG 383 Posted February 25, 2013 My sister got an RFE from the California Service Center USCIS received her response on the 29th of January, we're still waiting. I was in contact with an agent through e-mail and I was told that we should hear a response within 30 days, so I'm going to e-mail them back the 2nd of March if she still isn't approved, to see what they tell me. ruthie_sue08 31 Posted February 25, 2013 I got my RFE on Jan 28th, mailed back my evidence Feb 4th & they received it on Feb 6th. I was approved on Feb 23rd. Cant wait to received good news myself =) I did do a bit of waiting at first. They took like 3 months just to send me the damn RFE but after that things moved quickly!
