JoseG 383 Posted February 25, 2013 My sister's case updated in January with an RFE. 16 days passed by and the RFE never arrived, so I called USCIS and put in a Service Request. 15 days later, we got a letter in the mail saying that the RFE was an error and that an RFE was never issued to her application.
