Question on Filling out I-821D

Recommended Posts

So to begin with what do I put for place of entry? Rio Bravo City or the name of the bridge?

also for Name, City, and State of School Currently... do I put Senath- Hornersville High School or Senath Hornersville only?

lastly for page 5 and 6 of the deferred action application do we not put anything if the person who helped us wasnt a lawyer? Thank you

Lol posted a picture of me btw to be random :)

As I mentioned before Ale, thats really up to you, I did say, I put my city, not a bridge..

For the school, depends if youre handwriting it or typing it..if youre handwriting it, make it fit, if typing put in high school as an abbreviation and add the whole name in the additional information page..

If youre filling it out yourself, you wont need to put a lawyer..i left mine blank.

ty for the pic?

johns right..thats what it says but spelled out. Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals by ICE. I typed my application out and since it didnt fit, me and my degree from the university of DUUUHHHHH decided to leave it blank, print it out and write it by hand..later when I realized that writing Unlawful Status: DACA by ICE would have fit..i felt silly..oh well ssdd...(same shit different day)...

I noticed that for Question 15 on the EA form you answered "Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals by ICE," wouldn't that be true if, and only if, ICE has deferred action on your case? If so, wouldn't the correct answer be "Unlawful Status?"
