I can only speak for my case, since every case is different. I put a lot of faith in my school records. All of my evidence were school records. I submitted a copy of my I-94 Card, copy of my expired Visa, Copy of my passport, copy of my birth certificate, my official high school transcripts, copy of my diploma and all of my official college transcript from 2007 to 2012 including photo copies of all of my school ID's and also copies of my college class schedules. The evidence that I submitted had some serious gaps, for instance I did not submit any evidence for all of 2009 because I took a year off from college and for 2007 I could only submit evidence from September to December, and on top of that I did not submit evidence for June 15th 2007 and June 15th 2012, and despite all that I was able to be approved in less than 20 days after my Biometrics. So my point is this; if you are in college, I strongly recommend that you submit your official unopened transcripts because they are more genuine and reliable and not to mention that they establishes strong evidence for continuous residency. College transcripts will definitely make it easier for the adjudicator, and they will speed up your application. One more thing, just because I did not submit any evidence for June 15th 2007 and June 15th 2012 doesn't mean that you shouldn't submit any evidence either, so make sure that you have those days covered. :)

Again, I'm only speaking for myself and what have worked for me. :)

Hi there,

I submitted a copy of the following: passports with entrance stamps and I-94 stappled, medical bills, surgery documents, high school transcripts, high school diploma, college transcripts, college ID, utility bills, a letter of my employer stating I was present at work the day they announced DACA, and some newspaper articles that had my name.

I hope this helps and you can submit it soon!

I submitted the basic stuff, school records, immunization records, etc. from the date I came to the U.S. up until 2009.

For 3 years, from 2009-2012 I submitted basically just paypal receipts and online purchase receipts that I was sent to my e-mail. I also sent in some dated photographs and facebook check-ins.

My friend received an RFE for continuous residence and I told him to send in dated photographs and facebook check-ins along with some affidavits, and he was approved a week later after they received his RFE response. So they seem to work.

Since I was already 30, I had to send more continuous presence evidence ( in chronological order photos on the front, check next, then the completed forms, etc. ). Most of it was school ids and records, bank statements, immunization cards, doctors papers, rent contracts,

10. I sent one proof of every year from 1989-2006 (this also showed I was 15 to prove I was her before I was 16)

9. Proof of June 15, 2007 I sent something that showed the closest, (3 days before and a 5 days after)

8. Proof every 3 months from October 2007 to march 2012

7. Proof of June 15, 2012 here I had a bank statement that showed my transactions on that day

6. High school Diploma

5. Birth certificate with notirized translation ( I'll try to post an example of the translation and anyone who is bilingual other than you can translated and notirize it).

4. Passport and other school ID's

3. Forms I-821D, I-765, I-765ws, G-1145

2. Cashiers check of $465 made out to US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY

1. 2 passport photos

I sent it oct 27 and had my card December 23 (two months)

Only use social security numbers given to you by the social security administration (no fake numbers)

Don't put ITIN either, just leave blank if you don't have certain things

Start collecting your evidence :)

Proof Been here before reaching 16

Proof of indentiy

Proof of a highschool diploma or GED or enrollment

Proof being here since June 15 2007 to present

Proof of being on June 15 2012 The requirements for DACA are five and are:

You need to submit all and any evidence which satisfy these requirements with anything with your name address and importantly: date.

What works best is subjective

It can be from bank records to facebook posts.

I suggest your make your evidence package corresponding to the five main requirements

1. Before reaching 16: school immunization records. Grade records. Id cards. Report cards ect hospital bills anything that shows you been here before 16 years of age

2. Anything official which shows who you are. State ID/DL foreign birth certificate or passport and IDs

3. High diploma or GED or enrollment proof

4. Records of you being here since June 15 2007. Anything with your name and date. Banks and school records work best.

5. Proof of being on June 15 2015. Anything that proves you were here that day Facebook tweets recipts bills. Anything with your name and the date

Remember you want USCIS to read over your applications as fast as possible so make it easy for them to go throught. Don't send your entire bank history because it just adda more paper for them to read. they will scanned everything and go through everything. Instead of five bank records send them a letter notorized from your bank stating the numbers of years you have been with them.

Cheers
