JoseG 383 Posted March 7, 2013 I don't think there's a set gap that is acceptable. It most likely depends on how strong your evidence is. USCIS says that you should try to send in at least one thing per year. So that means that if the evidence is strong enough, you probably won't need to submit a lot of documents. jd_208 19 Posted March 7, 2013 Ohh okkay Well in the letters i got from uscis, one of them says that that the information i sent was incomplete. So i sent all the staff the asked for plus bills from june and november of 2007 And and one affidavit. So i just want to make sure everything is alright.
