On February 13 my case was updated to a RFE. ..a request letter that I never received...two weeks went by after talking to my lawyer he decided to file a service request for my case and inquired on my RFE letter that we never received..today I received two letters from Usci a response to the service request stating that I was still in the review process and I should received a response soon. The second letter stating that a RFE was never needed for my case. Have anyone been thru this ??????? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
JoseG 383 Posted March 7, 2013 Yes, that is what happened to my sister's case. After the Service Request, she got a letter saying that the RFE was a mistake and that it was never issued on her case. Then about 2 weeks later she got a real RFE. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
