jjkayslay 15 Posted March 9, 2013 On March 7, 2013, your name was updated relating to your I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. So I checked my case on the USCIS website and this was updated. Anyone know what that might mean? I'm trying not get my hopes up but it would be great news to better my weekend lol. JoseG 383 Posted March 9, 2013 When you filled out your application did you leave out any names like your second last name, or did you write it down like it's shown on your Birth Certificate? Do all of your letters, I-797C Receipts and Biometrics letter, have your FULL name on them? Either way, there have been several occasions in which people have been approved within a week of receiving this update. I'm very impatient especially when im under pressure from my job to get my situation settled. I know there are people who have been waiting for a lot longer than me and I give you all props for your patience.
