Curious About The Service Request Letter!! Help Please!!

I am curious to know since im waiting on the service request letter (which according to all the opinions we have seen in the forum about what the letters says ) which is to be patiance or to wait 180 additional days does it mean that i can get approved anyday now or after i recieved the letter?
