Get your record first, to make sure if they still there. You can get get it for free at your local courthouse. If nothing shows up youll be good to go cuz remember you didnt pay for them. Just make sure first.

And if they do show they will arrest me on the spot haha

Belive it or not everytime you get a ticket, the cop writes a quick description of you and with your name address and phone number, how tall are you, eye color, tags, inspection date. Read your tickets at least here in virginia no one nobody messes with the law.

But ill tell you what sometimes people make mistakes, same thing happened to me. I went to court they didnt call my name i spoke to the officer she check my receipt told me i was fine i could go home. She didnt fill the report, what im trying to say is that you might gotten lucky.

It doesnt matter if your illegal the court dont cares about that, but when is about the money, they pull the switch and turn into OG gangstas... Like they said before its okkay to hve 2 tckets, buy you didnt pay them, and the court its all about the money.

It depends, thats why you need to get your record first, cuz if check your name birthday and all the info matches, we jiii jaaa what do we got here this guy didnt paid his tickets, we gotta know whats going on RFE if lucky wait another month to get it. you dont neccearelly have to wait 6 to 8 months like i did. You need to prepared your package right man. Dont miss anything from 2007 to 2012 every single paper. If everything goes well youll be approved in 3 to 4 months. I didnt sent mine but i was worried about the ticket i got and i didnt paid so to make sure i was fine, i went to the court got my record it didnt show up, i sent my app i got approved last week got my card today. Good luck man, i hope everything goes well for you !!!

So I just have to go into the Court and ask them for my record? I just want to prepare and get info on all my concerns first before I do anything.

Yeah you just need your id consular or any if with name and birthday he/she is gonna show a screen and ask you which one is you. Because it shows your name and the car you were driving the day of the incident.

so u too didn't pay your tickets ? and it didn't show. I think after certain amount of time of not being paid they send it to collections and they try to get a payment of you. But I should go get that record. Do I send the Record along with my paperwork/

Dude i was delivering a car with expired inspection, cracked windshield,no registration, but i told the officer that i was delivering that car and the other mechanic came to get the car. i only got a ticket for no licence, went to court apparently the officer didnt made the report so my name wasnt on the list. but I got the record anyways to make sure i was straight. You dont have to sent it, is not a requirement but im sure it helps speed up your case. theres no way collections cant get you cuz you dont have a social.

another thing you can do to find out if you have warrants.is check the county sherrifs.website and look fir the warrant look up theyll ask for a name and birthdate gou can also just call and theyll let you know as well it beats going in and risking getting arrested for an outstanding warrants maybe if you have one you can get into a payment plan and pay them off

Call them and politely ask them if you happen to have any outstanding tickets and if they say yes, tell them that you would like to pay them. They will probably tell you how you can send the payment. I would take care of the tickets first.

But what I was thinking is If I did have warrants for my last 2 tickets I didn't pay wouldn't it show on the police records when I get pulled over? ive gotten pulled over several times and none say I have a warrant and I have never gone to jail.

That's bad record. You've been stopped several times.

not necessarily, specially if you were pulled over in LA county 'cause most of the time jails are overpopulated. This happened to my bf's brother when he finally went to get his record they told him that he had a warrant and gave him a date to present to get locked up...so yeah.

BTW the fact that you don't have a social doesn't mean that the court's collections won't get you.

Here in Cali, if you didn't pay your ticket there is a big chance that it will come up when you get your license; this happened to two of my friends, when they got their fingerprint 'n all taken @ the DMV the lady told them "oh you have an outstanding ticket for driving without a license"

People with no lawful status or better yet no drivers license should not be operating motor vehicles. I'm 26 years old and I've been in this country since I was 14. While I've been here I have never operated a vehicle at all, yes, its super embarrassing that a 26 year old man doesn't know how to drive but It helped me stay out of trouble. I have my learners permit now and I'm doing pretty good so far, I should be able to go for my road test pretty soon. If you have no lawful status, don't build a bad record on top of that!

in Cali your "driving record" is managed by the DMV. If you want to get the history you have in court say tickets, payments, etc contact the court: http://www.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp-traffic.htm LA county http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/traffic/ui/ OC http://www.occourts.org/locations/wjc.html

Now, I've only gotten records by going in person...dunno maybe they do it by mail too

A word of advise...save yourself a headache and pay those tickets
