E-Requests And Service Request ?

Has anyone placed both requests ??? I wonder if I should do an E-request now :/ I was thinking that maybe supervisors are not aware of what's going on with August Applicants :/ I don't know what to think anymore.... Snif

I think they are kinda the same thing. I placed a service.request last friday and have yet to receive a phone call or letter.

They're both the same thing. Except one is done over the computer, while the other one is done over the phone.
