Axxis 0 Posted March 15, 2013 When I had started to read about DACA, one of my concerns was that you needed to be enrolled in college if you've already graduated. I've already graduated, but haven't gone to college since. As I write this, I realize that college can't be a requirement because some illegals start working at a job rather than going to school, but I don't know. Anyway, have any of you been approved without having gone to college at all after high school?

Laste31 41 Posted March 18, 2013 Do you have to go to college after being approved????
pswa83 302 Posted March 18, 2013 either being in high school, graduated from high school or having a GED or being in a GED course are all required for DACA. being enrolled in school, is not required if you fall within one of those 4 categories. you do no have to be in school after you are approved. however, taking advantage of any and all options there are for DACA approved students is always a good thing.
