s3xycana 0 Posted March 19, 2013 hello so i sent in my application in sept 11 2012 and had my biometrics by mid october and i havent recieved anyresponce.. im wondering if i should call ans ask wats going on something my brother sent his in in decemer n he already got approved i guess hes lucky lol... bt is there anythng i can d about it because it has been a few months since i sent it in... like i said no processing or anything its been stufmck on initial revie for the past 4 months .... please helo f u knw something i can do... JoseG 383 Posted March 19, 2013 Your case status will stay on Initial Review from the moment USCIS receives your application until the date you're approved.
