Jvv602 2 Posted March 24, 2013 Hi i check my case status update and it says that they send me a letter requesting more info on march 7 and its march 23 and i have not recieve anything on the mail is this normal?? pswa83 302 Posted March 24, 2013 USCIS asking for more evidence is normal is the person who is reviewing your file feels like the evidence you sent isnt enough. I would call first thing monday morning as ask if the RFE can be sent again because you havent received it yet. usually with the RFE, there is a date in which you need to return the RFE or USCIS will consider your case abandoned and your case will be denied.
