cami00 0 Posted March 26, 2013 Hi everyone, I'm camila, 23 I'm going to start my DACA process this week but i have a huge probem, I've been here since i was 10, 1999 and have all my school records, but after i graduated high school in 2008 i lived with my ex boyfriend with his parents, i got a job waiting tables with a fake SS#, now i need proof that was here consistantly since 2007 which isnt a problem up until 2009 to 2011 because i have absolutly no paper trail other then my job with the fake SS# another thing is i had no idea i could file taxes until this year there for i havent paid any i have all of the W2's and pay stubs but my question is : Can i present that paperwork to them even though i have yet to do my taxes? and will the effect the process? cami00 0 Posted March 26, 2013 No , my phone was under my ex boyfriends name, and we lived with his parents, i didnt drive so no tickets or anything, ive looked through every nook and crany and havent found a thing but those pay stubs and W2's ,,,, i feel hopeless... cami00 0 Posted March 26, 2013 no, none of the above, do you think i should just wait do my taxes and take my pay stubs? its the only thing i can think of, im FREAKING out this is the nly chance i've been given, in almost 15 years and its so close, yet so far.... Calidreamer 100 Posted March 26, 2013 I think it was Serg4u who sent his W2s a prof, I'm not sure tho, but I know someone from here did. splif0clock 89 Posted March 27, 2013 did you use your real name to work with your fake ssn ? if so, you could use your paystubs (please don't take this as a legal advice). Most paystubs don't include full print out of socials (Staples and Office depot paystubs for ex. - only included the last 4 digits of my ssn ), it either has last 4 digits or none at all but some small business include full ssn. I am not sure which users but some members from here even included their fake ssn to apply for daca so wait around for a response from one of them. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
