orozcomari 5 Posted March 28, 2013 one question is the proof for the last 5 years? will school transcripts be enough since he has been going to school. He doewsnt work and doesnt have bills or anything under his name he does have some doctor appointments since he sees an optometrist for his glasses once in a while. Also when he was in 10th grade he got in trouble in school and they found a lighter on him they send him to the office and an officer made an informal arrest I think thats what he called it. he just read him his rights but didnt physically arrest him he just got a ticket and we went to juvenile court he just had to pay a fine and write a letter. Do you think this will effect him? we dont have much money for a lawyer. Hope to hear back soon. Thank you

Gather all the school transcripts, doctors appointment, copies of his school ID's, and even a copy of his latest school schedule. School transcripts are solid and strong evidence, especially if your brother is still in school and have been in school for the past 5 years.
