My status was updated for evidence but it's been 2weeks since they sent it...i havent gottten it yet.

I got upadted on Monday, I am already expecting to have to call them to know where the info they sent me is. Everytime I see comments here about how they sent stuff and no one ever got it, I guess you should call to see where the stuff is. I know if next Tuesday comes and my info isn't here, I am calling, I am not going to wait 15 days. Call them and ask.

So You got a RFE and you didn't receive the letter yet? Damm! Btw I'm right behind you. Like a month behind. I hope they don't send me a RFE. Let me know what they send you a RFE for. Also did you file through a lawyer?

I suggest you call on the 16th day if you still haven't received it. If you call before, they will most likely tell you to wait until after the 15 days to call back.

Did you use a lawyer? if so it will be sent to your lawyer's office.
