If I were to be approved for the deferred action plan, will that have any affect in the future when I marry my fiance and I want to apply for citizenship? I've heared different things from people with legal advice. I myself have a lawyer I am working under but I want to be absolutely sure before I send in the application/ my hard earned money. My future and future kids are far more important than just getting a quick 2 year permit so I need help.

Can anyone verify or give me some information on this?

Thanks!

It Won't Hurt You At All, If Anything It Would Help You From Getting Deported. Getting Deported Makes Things More Difficult If You Try To Apply Threw Your USA Born Wife.

I agree, im married now with a citizen,, and have a pending case and was told by my lawyer to apply for daca, because it will make it much easier when our case continues and it'll help me not to get deported! Most deffentely apply, apply, apply!! lol..

This quick 2 year permit will prevent you from being deported and it may be renewed, so you are talking about 4 year minimum, and having a lisence, ss number and work permit? My mom had a work permit in the 90's for 10 years that she would renew every 2 years until my dad was able to fix her papers.
